Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S.
- International shipping costs will be determined by location and carrier.
- Please be advised that our processing time for all orders are 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may increase during the holiday season.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales are final.
- Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes we do not give refunds or exchanges.
- In the event that you received a damaged product we will need pictures of the said damaged product sent via email along with your order number. Based upon our findings, if the item is not good for use we will gladly issue a replacement.
- Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs for returns.
